- 10,000sf concrete pool with a 2,000sf real sand beach entry.
- Large family spa.
- 100-foot-long by 16-foot-high rock waterfall feature built to conceal the equipment room and bathroom building.
- 2,000sf sales pavilion rock waterfall feature with underground equipment vault.
- 6,000sf, 600-foot-long lazy river ride attraction with various waterfalls and sprays.
- Water FX also constructed the equipment room, large concrete bridge, landscaping, concrete decking, iron fence enclosure with themed gate entrances and fire tiki torches.
